Part of the joy of traveling is having the opportunity to try new and exotic food. One of the unique dishes that an adventurous visitor should try is guinea pig (cuy). I had the opportunity to try guinea pig while in Ecuador, and it was certainly a unique and unforgettable experience.

However, because of its amazing rock formations and scenery, nature enthusiasts, photographers, and hikers will certainly find something to fit their fancy here.
Bolivia is full of treasures that should not be missed. While I had the opportunity to see many wonderful sites during my time in Bolivia, a definite high point was seeing the town of Copacabana, Lake Titicaca, and Isla del Sol.
